Options that incur additional charges per pouch produced
- Zipper: Standard, Compostable*: $0.10/pouch
- Zipper: Child-Resistant, Compostable*: $0.15/pouch
- Degassing Valves: with added filter, compostable*: $0.25/pouch (not available for the smallest standard sizes)

- Finishing - Finishes protect the printed layer on the package to keep your design and brand looking exactly how you want it.
- Gloss - A coating with a high sheen that creates a shiny look for the package.
- Matte - A coat that reduces the natural material’s sheen for a more subtle look.

Custom Pouch Sizes
All pricing for custom sizes requires a custom quote and a minimum order quantity of 5,000 pieces to cover our additional setup costs for our pouching equipment. The same additional options are available for custom sized pouches.

Rollstock
All pricing for rollstock requires a custom quote and a minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces to cover our additional setup costs for imposition planning.
Rollstock applications
This is a great choice for products like confectionaries (chocolate bars, etc.), tea wraps, and protein bars that require a form-fill-and-seal process to wrap the food item.
We provide:
- Custom, digitally printed branding for one or multiple SKUs
- Compostable BioFilm material that is heat sealable and compatible with most form-fill-and-seal processes

One-Piece Pricing Explained
Q: What goes into the cost of one piece of packaging?
A: There are a few reasons for the price of just buying one pouch. When we produce a single piece from a roll of material, the following costs are involved:
- Set-up of equipment
- Waste generated when we switch the film
- Labor involved with changes in the production process
Q: Why would someone need just one piece of packaging?
A: A common reason is for prototyping purposes.
For example, if you have an important presentation to a large retailer, you may want to show them the intended package design to highlight your brand.
Having a single piece allows you to create a sample of the packaging design to use during the sales process. We also want to offer this to you so you know what you’re getting with your new pouch.
